LOGS offers convenient online ordering using our shopping cart system. The shopping cart works in concert with a secured server. With a secured server your personal information is sent using a high level encryption code to ensure security and privacy. At this point in time we do not process your credit card information online but merely transfer it in a secure fashion. Actual credit card processing is done at our office in much the same way that it would be done in a store.

Our shopping cart system makes it easy to modify your order prior to submission and then track its progress once it has been received. Your e-mail address and password are all you need to access you account on future visits to our site.

LOGS accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Pricing

All our artwork and finished products are offered at up to 25% below the retail cost suggested by the publisher of the artwork. In almost every instance, street prices are identical to the publisher’s suggested retail selling price.

Prices are in American dollars and apply to the continental USA.

Orders outside the continental USA are priced differently only with respect to variations in shipping charges. International customers are responsible for custom and duty fees as set by their respective governments.

Shipping / Delivery...

Prints and Posters: Prints that we have in stock generally ship the next business day following an order. If the print is not in our inventory, then it can take anywhere from 3-10 business days before it ships from our Arizona facility. Please bear in mind that because we ship your entire poster order at one time, it only takes one poster to hold up an entire order. Actual shipping time varies from 2-6 business days depending on where you are in the United States relative to Arizona.

Finished Products: ArtPlaks and canvas transfers are all custom made items and typically ship 2-3 weeks following placement of an order.

Carriers: The majority of our products are shipped using the UPS Ground Service. Very large items are shipped via BAX Global. In a few instances we use the postal service.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates apply only to items shipped within the domestic USA. Prints and posters are shipped rolled and cost $ 8.50 per shipment regardless of how many items you order. Poster orders over $ 75.00 are shipped for free !!

ArtPlaks and canvas transfers already have shipping fees built into them. Extra shipping charges would only apply if you require expedited delivery.

International shipping rates vary according to the country and the item (s) being shipped. The customer is responsible for paying any tax, duty or other monies that may be levied against the shipment by their respective governments. Please call or e-mail us for a rate quote on international shipments.

Returns...

Prints: LOGS will happily replace items damaged in transit. Please report any damage to us immediately. Packages with obvious damage should not be accepted

If you feel a poster(s) is totally unsuitable for your purposes then you may return it for credit. Please note that you must return the print at your own expense and it must arrive in a suitable condition for resale. Damaged and soiled items will not be refunded. A 15% restocking fee is applied against the original cost of the artwork and we do not refund the original shipping fees.

Finished Products: All our finished products are prepared specifically for the customer who ordered them. As such, unless they are defective or damaged in transit we generally cannot accept returns on such items. Please ensure that you are certain regarding the finished size of the artwork.
